The performance of the agitation is based on a method that has been proven in conventional vacuum emulsifying mixer for test.
・The mixer can agitation with a high-speed mixer and a scraping mixer, and also has heating, cooling, and vacuuming functions.
・Three types of high-speed agitators are available so that a wide variety of emulsification and agitation experiments can be performed with this single unit.
・You can choose from 3L/5L/7L container sizes from a single unit.
All of the features were born from the customer's “I wish I had such a device or function.” Even though it is a testing machine, we have changed the model with the theme of efficient agitation and improved productivity.
Features
- The position of the agitation tank (upper, middle, or lower) can be set with a single button operation on the touch panel according to the purpose of the test and the height of the user. Emulsification and stirring can be performed at the upper and middle positions. Product can be removed at the lower position.
- Any 3L/5L/7L agitation tank can be attached to each main unit. You can add more after purchasing the main unit.
- Various types of high-speed rotation replacement blades (high viscosity homo mixer, disper mixer, ultramixer (if you need a low viscosity homo mixer, please tell us)) can be easily replaced to perform various emulsification and agitation tests. (*Replacement blades can be shared with the PVQ/PVQ-A series.)
- Scraping blades can be detached with a single touch. (*Cannot be shared with the PVQ/PVQ-A series scraper blades.)
- The glass agitation tank expands visibility and allows observation of emulsification and agitation from anywhere, including the bottom.
- The tester can be operated from the front side. The touch panel is large for easy operation and the angle can be changed according to the height of the agitation tank.
- The rotation speed of various agitator blades can be input on the touch panel by setting. Subtle rotation speed settings can also be made using an analog volume.
- Equipped with a data logging function for easy retrieval of experimental data.
- The built-in vacuum pump makes it easy to perform emulsification, stirring tests, and defoaming under reduced pressure.
- A switch valve located on the front panel allows for easy heating and cooling of inside of the agitation tank. The temperature is automatically adjusted to the desired setting.
- Wetted parts are easy to disassemble and reassemble for cleaning.
- The power supply can be used with a household outlet (1500W or less).
- The stuffing part can be easily disassembled and removed for maintenance by sending it to us.
