• To achieve the management plan that includes a quality management system, we have defined a quality policy and quality targets and all organizations are working on the initiatives.
• Each organization has formulated an action plan to achieve the quality targets and is using the action plan to check its own progress. Organizations are also using it to perform internal audits on each other to check the effectiveness and to improve on issues.
• The annual audit by an external body checks that the quality management system is functioning properly, and what are noticed by the audit are viewed as opportunities to improve the system. Each organization is working to improve further.
• We maintain and advance our technology level with this initiative to keep the PDCA (plan-do-check-act) cycle turning, and this enables us to provide better products to our customers.
